I recieved this lovely poem today
I would like to share it with you
Its just a way of saying Im grateful
For everything you do

If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own;
A place to find serenity,
A place to be alone.

If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea,
But all these things I'm finding
are impossible for me.

I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair,
But let me be what I know best,
A friend who's always there.

footprints

One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking on the beach with the lord.
Across the sky flashed scenes ffrom his life. Each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to him and the other the lords.
when the last scene flased before him, He looked back at the footprints in the sand.
he noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the lowest and saddest times in his life.
This bothered him and he questioned the lord about it.
'Lord you said that once I decided to follow you that you would walk with me all the way, but i have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there was is only one set of footprints. I do not understand why when i needed you the most you that you would leave me.'
The lord replied.
'My son my precious child , I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trail and suffering, When you see one set of footprints, It was then that i carried you.'

This is for you sweetheart. As during your illness this phrase gave you so much comfort.
You bourne your illness with such honour and pride. You fought and fought till you could not fight it anymore .
It is then i know the lord would have carried you home.
